I just bought a bunch of DVDs. They cost about 75 cents each at "Zhuzhou book market"
Alive - might be good for chinese students.
Bad Education - "a film by almodovar"
Blood on the Sun - I've never seen a james cagney movie before.
Boyz N the hood - I should have seen this before
Bubba Ho-Tep - wanted to see this for a while now
Chemical 51 - I think I've seen part of this before... in the tradition of Snatch, but not as good?
Children of the Corn - steven king
China Syndrome - nuclear disaster, etc
Codice 46 - Tim Robbins - quote from the back "it is a film of great style and little substance.... There are several good ironic laughs and impressive futuristic aspects. But the attraction between the leads seems too quick and never really grabs as authentic"
Dead End Run - random japanese movie
Disco Godfather - I'm not sure if this is genuine blaxploitation or not, but I loved "baddddasssss"

Fanfan - 18th century french historical thing? cause I'm reading "madame bovary" now.
Fletch Lives - cause i felt so happy when I realized that the fletch movies aren't comedies, they're just all about pretending to be someone else.
Foreign Correspondent - hitchcock wartime in japan movie. should be interesting.
Hana something alice - japanese movie. looks like natsukashiiiii stuff.
The Hi-Lo country - taking a chance here.
Indochine - also random
Ivan's Childhood - tarkovsky - hilarious english on the back "first work,tower that childhood that ten thousand is a tower can man the this war the movie is a beginning for minister slice,scribinging his uncommon business of his head."
