what is up with the 1 second lockup in firefox after you save an image? mozilla is instant.

boingboing is much better without the ads. I just installed this greasemonkey script in firefox and now boingboing has no ads.

mozilla vs firefox:

mozilla is way faster
mozilla has a "new tab button", but under file it's hidden new window/new tab in a 2nd level menu. so dumb.

firefox has greasemonkey which i can use to rewrite google images to directly link to the images instead of the annoying frame.

another useful bookmarklet

extremely useful bookmarklet: make numbered list. It pops up a new page which has a form allowing you to specify a range for each number in the original url. then as you type in the range, it creates a list of all those urls. combined with a "linked images" bookmarklet, it's great.

Hitchhiker's sucked. I should have seen Kung Fu Hustle again.
