I want to be able to program the gmail client on my phone to only check for new mail during certain hours of the day. And not at all on weekends.
I'd set personal / work email checks to be done just 1/hour during the day, and not at all at night.
The phone should notice if you keep unlocking it just to check the time, and stop letting you do that.
