Combine two word sets

Give two related sets; each can grow by related words (keyless Datamuse) and by -ing forms (run also tries running). Every cross pair is joined compound-first - straight joins plus lightly trimmed ones; anything that is already an English word is dropped, so only NEW words are rated - under the formula and weights above. Every run is saved to this device's append-only log.
