"We're admitting people to university who aren't prepared for the work" in most cases should be "We're admitting people who aren't smart enough to do university level work". Yes it's nice to avoid saying people don't have that ability (in ways that can't be fixed with current tech), but it's the truth.

"Mental health episode" mostly should be "This person has schizophrenia."
